I love watching his little arms flapping around when he's excited! Does he do that all the time? I remember a video of him when he was way younger and his arms flapped when he was excited. I'm so happy he got over the candles because I was about to light some for him he asked so many times. Happy Birthday!
Now there's one adorable child. 3 years old - where has the time gone? His vocabulary is terrific, too. Which may mean interesting teenage years - how verbal do you REALLY want him?:)
