I have a new obsession: Mediabee. It's this awesome FREE family calendar you can download to your home computer and access via the internet (or email or cell phone!) anywhere, and all designated family members can access it the same way with their own usernames/passwords. There are tons of other features, too.

Update 5/7/07: Mediabee has been down for over a week. Too afraid of unreliability to use anymore. Google is better!
