Chase slept in his crib all by himself last night! For those of you who don't know, we had to wean Chase out of our bed/ bedroom. In the beginning the child would NOT sleep without us... he would just scream if we didn't hold him (the attached photo shows a typical nap from week 1). So we had to buy a co-sleeper for our bed. We used that for awhile, then transitioned him to a cradle beside our bed, and last night we crossed our fingers and attempted the crib (knowing it could possibly be a rough night). Chase did GREAT. We had to run in there every so often to put him back to sleep when he woke up but not as often as we thought we'd have to. WHAT A VICTORY!!!!Saturday, March 3, 2007
What a BIG BOY!!!!
